Shipping

We ship within Canada only.

For items from our local makers, shipping is a flat $14.50, anywhere in Canada.

Pickup is free, in Ingersoll, by appointment. We'll give you the pickup address once your proof is approved.

The delivery window starts when you approve your proof and pay — nothing is made before then, so the clock can't honestly start earlier.

Tracked shipments get a tracking email once your item ships.

Ready-made items

Ready-made items ship direct from our production partner, so the flat rate and pickup above do not apply to them. Pickup is not available for ready-made items. Shipping is a live quote for your postal code, shown at checkout before you pay, and delivery estimates come from the production partner. We email your tracking number when it ships. Our production partner for ready-made items is currently Printful.
