Privacy

We collect what we need to make and deliver your order: your contact details, shipping address if you choose shipping, the personalization you type or upload, and any photo you send us.

Photos are stored privately, never publicly. We remove location data from photos and delete them 90 days after your order is complete.

When you approve a proof, we record the time, your IP address and your browser, alongside the exact text and image you approved — this is evidence we keep in case of a dispute, not used for anything else.

We do not sell your data, and we have no marketing email list.
